Our Founders
Moroko Property Limited and Iloko Properties are owned and controlled by two professional people. The CEO [B.Sc. (Chemical Engineering), PGCE, NPQH] was formerly a Head of School in an 11-to-18 secondary school. The Finance Director [B.Com., FCA] was a partner in Deloitte™, the global accounting firm.
Both owners have devoted their time to property development since 2004, and they pride themselves on providing luxury housing of the highest quality. They are very experienced in all aspects of property development and have a network of first-class expert advisers in both the UK and Nigeria.
