Payment Plan

Our team are happy to answer any questions that you have about our payment options. Below is an example of a payment plan for this development:

- £250 non-refundable reservation fee (deducted from final payment). Permits guided tour of the development.
- 25% - on reservation 
- 25% on exchange of contracts 
- 50% on completion of contracts

• 15% - 1st Instalment - On Booking 
• 15% - 2nd Instalment -after 4 Months 
• 15% - 3rd Instalment - after 8 months 
• 15% - 4th Instalment - after 12 months
• 15% - 5th Instalment - after 16 months
• 15% - 6th Instalment - after 20 months
• 10% - 7th Instalment - after 24 months

Please note that the transfer of Title Deeds and Handover will take place after the final installment.
